When some of the brand new parts proved to be faulty, the follow-up appointment was schedule quickly and went smoothly. When some minor complications arose, I was both surprised and pleased at how the plumber went out of his way to make things perfect at no additional cost to me. The quoted price - which I believed to be reasonable - proved to be the actual price charged. Overall, I thought D Rohde did a great job. I will certainly use them again."

"The job was professionally done. This wasn't the best of summers for a new roof between periods of rain. Additionally, I needed additional paperwork for approval by the homeowner's association. Matt, our salesman, helped work through the obstacles to completion of the roof and installation of new gutters. The job foreman, Louis, was very professional and accommodating. The roof took three days. They started early to assure that the job would be completed in the timeframe. All old shingles, paper, nails were efficiently disposed by the time the job was finished. The dumpster was removed first thing the next workday. The roof and gutters look perfect. The gutters were installed in a matter of hours and old materials also were efficiently disposed of. Through the last two torrential rains since the roof was installed, there have been no issues. (The roof had been finished three weeks ago, and the gutters were just installed.) I have nothing but good to say about Exterior Solutions."
