"It did go so well! I know Frank Similia for many years, and he has done many projects for my company. Hi quality of work is excellent, his product is top notch, and all in Frank is perfect. I have to admit that sometimes I need Frank to guide me, not that I feel lost, but the assurance and certainty he does things it gives me security. "The crew at Affordable Home Repairs has been fantastic. They are proactive with questions & respectful of the space. We are excited to see the finished work."

"From beginning to end the project couldn’t have gone any better. In deterring the scope of the project, they listened to all our concerns, and devised a comprehensive plan to meet all our needs, not just simply an insulation replacement. The actual work crew was very friendly and respectful of our house and property. We alway got notice when they would arrive and were always on time. They kept us informed every step of the way with pictures of their progress. They let us know early on of one potential electrical issue with recessed lighting and worked closely with our electrician a couple days later to resolve the issue prior to actual blowing in of the insulation. Overall, a first class operation all the way and we already feel the benefits."

"Very prompt, professional, and very helpful in answering any and all questions. They pulled up our rolled vinyl kitchen flooring and installed the new vinyl plank flooring. Extremely satisfied and our kitchen looks great! Will definitely hire again!"

"Joey came and sat with me as we picked out the details of the bath remodel. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances made me have to back out of the remodel and Andy was very helpful throughout this process. When things get settled I hope to Re contact them to get it done.
