"I have used them for many remodeling. I recommended them to many people. Compared to other companies in the area they were 5 stars."

"Remodel went great. Mark and his team do beautiful work. They had good design suggestions when we weren’t quite sure what we wanted. They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday so you wouldn’t have known they had been there. Communication was open and it was easy to get ahold of Mark when we needed to. We were very comfortable with them coming and going and trusted them in our home if we couldn’t be there. We would highly recommend this company and would certainly contact them again if we plan anymore home remodeling."

"Excellent work and attention to details. Very easy to work with, professional and innovative in options, material and details. Already contracted additional work that has been completed."

"I will recommend everyone to use the bathroom remodel services of Ace Kitchen Bath & Flooring. In addition to their proficient team, they also have a great selection of tiles, cabinets, countertops, and other essentials. You can't go wrong hiring this incredible team for your house."

"Very satisfied with the end results of our project. The workers were very polite and respectful of my home. we had a 500 sf living room added, bathroom remodeled, new kitchen, new flooring all new windows, siding, roofing. Jamie the owner was very easy to work with. Thank You for a job well done. Dan and Melissa"

"LivingSpace Detroit could not have been a better contractor and partner on the addition of our Four Seasons Room. The appearance of the room is far superior to competitors, in my opinion. Specifically, the clean look of the fiberglass and composite construction eliminates face screws, improves the glass to solid ratio, and vastly improves the insulation quality, while offering choices of color that is inherent to the material and not painted on. The contracting and engineering teams are polite, professional and knowledgeable. In our installation, we cooperated on the installation, permit, and building inspection and did so seamlessly. In my opinion, they are a superior contractor, with a superior product."

"Jim handled the project in a manner consistent with the condo association rules without anyone complaining about noise, debris cleanup, work hours or the myriad complaints that usually come along with any project performed in a condo association. Jim met the condo association rule to match our deck precisely with existing and surrounding decks that were built in the early 90s. In addition, the price paid for the work was reasonable and the quality of the work is, thus far, near perfect."

"Kasun (the contractor) did a great job in renovating/remodeling our basement, although he took his sweet time designing, painting and adding finishing touches to the basement, the final product is much better than we expected. Frequent inspections were done as needed for maximum safety and reliability of all the amenities and high quality accessories were used on the interior. Thank you for the beautiful work Kasun."
