Brett was able to work well with the city inspector on a few issues, which ended up saving us money. It ended up taking a little longer to finish than quoted but that was mostly due to weather. We were a little surprised that sanding was not included, but to be fair, we never asked. Brett did a great job, the deck is solid and I would recommend him."
