His team also completed hardwood flooring on my first floor along with installing a new dishwasher. Mark has a great eye for design. We got to know him while he was flipping houses in our neighborhood. Transformed these houses into beautiful homes now occupied by young families with children. They have also completed flooring and deck repair for family members."

"The Tri-County Kitchen team wa super easy to work with and they were all professional, courteous, and friendly. We had our kitchen remodeled and the work included new counters, new cabinets, new flooring, new sink and faucet and new finishes. The work was done in a timely manner and completed in the time we were told it would take. I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone was very helpful and took the time to answer and explain everything and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They made small adjustments to the design that would better for our family and was always willing to help with design suggestions! The installation went perfectly. They were professional, timely, and courteous! They completed the job in an expected amount of time and cleaned up well when it was completed! I would highly recommend and we would definitely use them again!"

"Fantastic remodel from start to finish. Took a small bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt it in the space with new everything. The project took 3 weeks exactly and Three Rivers Remodeling was utterly professional from the get-go (and our bathroom looks amazing). "This is a followup to the former review. After the work was completed, several days later there was a hard rain. Rain water was pouring into both newly installed windows. Workers came a few days later and added caulking to the windows, More rain through the windows and workers again caulked, After the third rain, a tarp was put up on the back of the house but it was not tight enough to withstand the high winds and tore, The next day, a larger tarp was installed and was drilled into the wood of the house. In the meantime, since it did not seem that the cause of the problem was known. the window company was contacted by us and they sent a troubleshooter to see what the problem might be. Doug Furko, the contractor, was present at this meeting on 1/15/19 and agreed to get to the bottom of this. He has had some personal and professional issues to deal with and also the frigid weather is not in our favor. But here it is 1/23/19 and there is a blue tarp blocking the light from the entire rear of our house. It is like dusk inside, not to mention unsightly. Doug Furko is very personable, polite, and will return calls but this situation is difficult because we have a paid a price and things are not right. There is inconvenience and we do not know when and what is going to happen."

"J&N finished on time and on budget. They were able to chase down some trim that was hard to find, but necessary to match existing trim. They cleaned up the areas at the end of each day. Drywall and painting looks perfect. They came to us highly recommended by a retired general contractor."

"When we asked all our friends/family/coworkers for a good contractor recommendation all we heard were horror stories. But thank god for Angies List and Carmen! We got a few estimates for our job before hiring Carmen, but Carmen stood out as the most detail oriented and attentive contractor we met with by far. His quote wasn’t the *lowest* estimate we got, but it was definitely the best justified based on the time and attention he gave us in reviewing all aspects of our job and answering all our questions. His attention to detail and genuine care for the quality of work he does carried through our entire renovation. From the temporary shower he built in our basement (to use while our only bathroom was under construction) to the perfectly aligned tile in our shower enclosure - everything was expertly planned and executed. Carmen was great about communicating next steps as the project progressed and we felt confident about his work during the whole process.
