"Kevin,owner, extremely pleasant to work with. He came for initial consult, explained each portion of the proposal and left me the estimate and brochures for my consideration. There was NO hard sale tactics as used with another companies, and I really appreciate that! He was able to schedule the project within a week of signing. "I've been meaning to write this review (good review!) for G&V for months now and I regretfully only just got to it. Brian and G&V came out to help us repair a concrete walkway on the side of the house in the summer of 2019 and did an amazing job. Not only were they very professional, they were also very kind and understanding of our problems. We are first time homeowners and bought an older home that had almost no repairs done by the previous (and original owners). We were facing water issues along the walkway that was seeping into our crawlspace. Brian came out, listened to our issues, and proposed a solution, clearly experience al the technical details. The estimate they provided was very fair. However, the reason why I was so happy with the entire process was due to an incident that occurred during the week they came out. One of neighbors or perhaps a passerby, reported us for not having a permit to do the work. As it was originally determined, we did not need a permit but did cost us a couple hours of headache and back and forth with the township, the permit reveiwer, and G&V to figure the situation out. Throughout the entire ordeal, Brian was patient and understanding. He was even able to reorder the cerment needed for the next day. I'm currently thinking about additional repairs needed around the house and would not hesitate to work with Brian and G&V again. Thank you!"
