"Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

"Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal.
