"The "completed" project met our expectations but a couple of loose ends were not tied up (no biggie). Mark and Quincy worked hard and very professionally. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."

"16 X 80 Mobile home redo the crawl space insulation, repair water leaks, remove garden tub, repair flooring. Did a fantastic job, cleaned up and hauled all trash. Not only did they do the work they were hired to do but found a few areas that needed repair and scheduled the additional repairs for the next day to prevent further water damage. The crew was so polite, prices very fair. Quality work. Highly recommend."

"The MR FIXIT crew started with interior painting color change throughout our house, which included shimming some interior doors and minor wall repair. Ceilings were painted too. After that job was done, we moved to finishing a roughed in downstairs garage complete with adding interior walls with paint, ceiling drywall with paint, plumbing reconfiguration, and we added some galvanized metal roofing panels for the walls. After that project was completed the Mr. Fixit crew moved into extending a roof over our 40'x12' concrete patio. All the beams and support structure were fabricated by hand. All three major projects were started and finished on time. All of the work on all three projects was completed to our satisfaction at a fair cost. The Mr. Fixit crew workmanship and dependability was well worth the money. Highly recommend them for home remodeling."
