"I couldn't have asked for a better company to perform the remodel on my kitchen, downstairs bathroom and a new bathroom addition upstairs. I live in an older home built in the 1930's and previously when new floors were laid the other companies just nailed another layer of underlayment down and off they went. Much to my surprise A Plus Home Remodeling removed all old flooring down to the floor joist and leveled everything prior to the remodel. Once crews came onsite, they were there 6 days a week until complete. They were able to do in all, electrical, plumbing, framing and finish carpentry. A one stop shop. "I wanted to remodel my bathroom. It was outdated with a large corner garden tub and a very small shower. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted to do. Jason, the owner, came out to do an initial walk-through and quote. He listened to everything I wanted to do and did not try to sway me to do anything else. His quote was detailed and included everything we talked about. His contracts and pricing were reasonable and we happily proceeded. His foreman Matt, and his crew were superb. They arrived every day on time. Extremely trustworthy, even making me comfortable enough to leave the house. They were very diligent about laying down the tarps, keeping demo and building as tidy and clean as possible. Jason came by regularly to check progress and answer any questions and address any changes or add-ons that I wanted to do. Jane, the office manager, was quick to answer any additional questions and provide information as I asked. This was a seamless transition and I couldn't be happier. "I worked with Prime Time Custom Homes for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. Everyone that worked on my home was professional, personable, experienced, communicative, and prompt. My home was built in the 70s, and I wanted to go with a modernized 70s-style vibe - we installed a butter yellow pantry wall, milk glass pendants (Amazon), a stained glass window feature (Etsy, Cali Glasshaus), and pops of walnut wood tones. They worked with me throughout the project to bring the concept to life. I used to refer to my kitchen as "my little cave", but now it is an an open, well-lit, functional and beautiful space! Finishing work like shiplap/wall paint will be completed soon; uploaded pics of the nearly completed project. Very pleased with the experience I've had! Highly recommend!"

"LV Building Solutions was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and purchased a home in Winston Salem. I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again!
