"Service was excellent, detailed, and professional. While we were out of town, they sent us videos of the progress, and the overall communication was great, very responsive. They even watered our plants and moved some furniture back without us asking. They asked for our feedback before making a decision on the trim, and the carpenters were always pleasant, friendly, and honest. The final bill was exactly as quoted plus an approved increase to handle some unexpected rot they showed us. Work included Andersen windows, slider, exterior water proofing, some carpentry, drywall and interior/exterior trim. Highly recommend for any remodeling or other custom work!"

"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."

"This was the 2nd home improvement job they performed for us! We previously had a total kitchen remodel and Qualified Remodeling did an outstanding job! Since we were so satisfied with the Kitchen Remodel, we decided that we wanted them to do our Master Bathroom. We received other estimates that were higher than Qualified Remodeling although we knew we wanted Qualified Remodeling to do the job! The price they quoted us was less than the other estimates we received from 2 other contractors and we knew the quality of work because of our prior experience! Although our kitchen remodel had been completed over 2 years prior, we had the same crew that was going to do our bathroom. We were amazed that after 2 years, Qualified Remodeling had the same employees that were going to be doing the work!
