"Modern Build Solutions is a great company to work with. They handled my remodeling project professionally from start to finish. The team was organized, communicative, and paid close attention to details. The quality of the construction work exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed on time. I highly recommend Modern Build Solutions for any remodeling or renovation project."

"I am thrilled with our new, custom Shaker cabinets! Don, and his crew, was great to work with. We are remodeling ourselves without a builder contractor, and Don worked easily with our other trades in the house and with our layman cabinet drawings to start his measurements/CAD drawings. He still met our timeline and that was after adding an additional room that got sprung on us last minute! The install went professionally and on time as well :) I can’t wait to see the final product when we paint and stain. Highly recommend."

"This was the second major project Carlos and his team has done for me. He is responsive and attentive to all your questions and works with you throughout the project to ensure everything is executed to your liking. His prices are competitive, and his team does outstanding work. This was the last remodel I needed for this house but will certainly look to him in the future for any remodel work I need for future houses."

"Finally got the garage I have always wanted! These guys definitely helped make a long time Dream come true! When we purchased the house the garage was completely outdated. Definitely was in need of some TLC but Iâ m happy that they were able to provide me a good amount of options! Love love love the finished product!"

"Superb from start to finish. I am an amateur DYI’r and had pulled up much of the previous flooring myself. When taking quotes from several companies, Wuality Rennovation were in line with others in terms of fees. What set them apart was Isaac listening to me, not talking down to me, demonstrating that he knew “I knew” something about what needed to be done. The others treated me like they were the experts and I knew nothing even though I spent the past month pulling up engineered hard wood floors and tiles. Issac also didn’t try to exclude things. He then staffed it with one of the most skilled, nicest, and artisan tile installers, Rubin. Rubin spent quality time on each and ever tile making certain there were no air pockets, that it was level, and that the design was both with integrity but also visually appealing (he took the time to show me the different ways it could be laid, talked to me about manufacturer recommendations). Rubin worked long hours including Saturdays to get it done for me and thought about things like getting the laundry room done asap so I could also run my household during the project. It’s always a good idea to take multiple quotes for any major renovations. You will find their pricing competitive or even lower if you ask if there are exclusions but more importantly you will get people who listen, take the time to understand, show up each and ever day and do the highest quality work. I told Issac at the end I would willingly pay more than the quoted price if I had extra budget, they are no joke that good. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt so strongly about writing this one. I am happy to be a reference for anyone looking to hire QUALITY Innovations!"

"MCO did a great job for us. They ordered 2 windows specially for us. The windows came in and they were installed in one day. Quick and clean job site. We will be happy to recommend MCO."

"Very satisfied with the job. Very detail oriented, ensured that any issues identified during the remodel were brought to my attention and were corrected, quality of the installation was impressive. Grout lines were straight, angles accurate, etc."

"These guys really did a first rate job remodeling our bathroom. I check there refinances and all said I would be happy with their work. Their bid was $4900 cheaper than anyone else and I could not believe it. They have their own team of workers and don't subcontract the work. When we get ready to remodel the kitchen, they will get the job."

"Cabinet front panels for new SubZero refrigerator. Paul Alvarez was very quick to respond; pleasant over phone and by text gave me his price by looking at photos I sent him for this small job. He picked the panels up-sanded & painted them and delivered the panels back to me all in one weekend. It was a good experience and I would definitely use him again!"

"I highly recommend EMJ carpentry for any remodeling or home finishing. I have seen some work that they have done, with no doubt I will hire them if I need it."
