"Working with Chatel Construction was a pleasure. We were under a tight deadline to move in and everyone worked hard to make it happen on time. Their team is personable and friendly. Would hire them again without hesitation. I highly recommend Chatel Construction for your next remodel."

"ABSOLUTELY SUPER. The kitchen and den are beautiful. Andy and his crew pay attention to all the details both small and large. This was a very complex project and came off without a hitch. Andy is easy to reach and is always able to handle any questions and changes. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor or a better outcome. We have recommended him to friends and family and plan to hire him again for a future bathroom renovation. You cannot go wrong with Arta."

"I cannot say enough good things about Classic Remodeling! They recently completed a major project at my house—replacing the siding, fascia, and gutters—and the transformation is absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and efficient. They didn't just fix up the exterior; they made my house look like a completely different home. The curb appeal is amazing now, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch. If you are looking for an honest, skilled remodeling company that delivers outstanding results, look no further. Thank you, Classic Remodeling, for a job beautifully done!"

"We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors. We were simultaneously getting estimates from siding companies for our entire home and 2 garages. From our first meeting with Rob, we knew that he was the man for BOTH jobs. He continued to meet with us at least 3 more times before his start date on 9/21. During these meetings, Rob reviewed potential problems as well as made sensible and affordable design recommendations aligned with our vision for the space and our family needs. This was the first major home renovation for us since owning our home and we needed someone knowledgeable, skilled, patient, loyal, dog-friendly and most importantly, someone who valued our money and how/where it was spent as much as we did. Rob delivered on all accounts! We can honestly say that he went ABOVE and beyond from day 1. Rob and his crew fully gutted our basement, installed a gorgeous kitchen, renovated a bathroom, and installed new flooring throughout the space. Our basement is now a show stopper! Not only did his work increase our home overall value, it also increased our living space and we will benefit from the skilled workmanship and smart choices he made along the way with our family in mind for years to come. We undoubtedly made the right choice when we hired his company and, without knowing it, also made a great friend. His work ethic and meticulous nature are very rare gems in the construction industry. Do yourself and your hard-earned money a favor and give him a call!"

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"I had an excellent experience with Jakob. He was fair in price and the work quality was beautiful. I did a full remodel of the second floor of my home. I would definitely use Li developers again and would recommend"
