"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

"FANTASTIC !!!! These guys were a dream to work with...In fact, we are hiring them AGAIN, this time to remodel our 1st floor. They were thorough, gave us options, presented different perspectives, timely, clean, so polite, etc.,...we now think of them as adopted family!! They took a basement and made it into an office, complete bathroom, family room, den and lots of storage and my husband's favorite--his own work shop. EVERYONE who has been to our home LOVES this additional living space!!! We can't wait for the crew to start on the 1st floor!! REMARK is definitely a company you want to use for home remodeling! I don't just give them 5 stars, I give them 10!!!!"

"Everything was done correctly and properly and allowed me to check off two more projects before winter set in. Both Mark and Simon (and Tim) were professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to. Enjoyed the the time I spent with them. Would highly recommend them, as well as will reach out next spring for some additional projects I have plan for our old house."

"It went very well, the bathtub was expertly tiled in a few days. In addition the workmen were personable and they did go beyond what was initially contracted. I really appreciate the finished product and gave their card to my next door neighbor almost immediately. Sincerely Cindy"

"I had been looking for someone to handle my carpentry and remodeling needs for some time. I had an immediate requirement for some exterior repairs come up and asked for a referral from the folks at one of the local high end lumber stores. They referred me to Rick at River City Remodeling. I contacted Rick and had him evaluate my situation. He assessed the issue and provided a comprehensive, detailed written estimate which I accepted. The work was subsequently performed promptly, thoroughly and expertly. Rick and his helper were personable and professional. Every detail was addressed and once they left everything was cleaned up with no indication they had been there. I have additional projects on my wish list and River City Remodeling is going to be the first company I intend to call."

"We love the finished results of our kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom remodel. What a great experience. A beautiful job done and we get to enjoy it every single day. Nathan, and his team were great to work with. We have another bathroom we want done soon!!!"

"I had a serious leak in my 4-season room from the sun roof attachment to the house. Additionally from trying to fix it ourselves and getting on top of the roof, the caulking failed and causes more leaks into the room. Better Living put a new roof on of shingled roll material. They also did some metal flashing and counter flashing. They were very responsive and reasonable. We are very excited that we can use our room now without 6 buckets sitting around catching leaks. I loved tge followup call on the work and if I was satisfied. Thank you very much, Better Living Rooms."

"Very professional people to work with. Remodel went great and I am very happy with the result. There were no delays and project was done on time as communicated."

"We have used them several times for several jobs.  There is one gentleman that we specially request because we like him a lot.  He is a very nice man and does the work very well.  He is reliable.  He is there when he says he is going to be there.  He cleans up very well at the end of the day.  He will answer all our questions even if we are asking about something else apart from his work.  We really like using him and he is the one we request each time we use this company.  We have not had anything fall apart after he did the work, so I think the quality of his work is good.  I rate them high overall.  He did some work in our rental property and he will be doing some additional work there again.  We have some other things to be done in our house and he will probably be coming next year to do that job."

"My 30x30 addition went amazing. They were always quick to respond and were sure to verify everything was being done to our wishes, my wife is extremely impressed. Thanks again Mr. Wright!"
