Additionally from trying to fix it ourselves and getting on top of the roof, the caulking failed and causes more leaks into the room. Better Living put a new roof on of shingled roll material. They also did some metal flashing and counter flashing. They were very responsive and reasonable. We are very excited that we can use our room now without 6 buckets sitting around catching leaks.
