"We hired Matt for an addition of a great room and kitchen remodel (which ended up being an entire ground floor remodel) and Wow! Matt and his team (big shout out to Tony!) truly took our dream and made it a reality. At first we had met with a few other contractors who came in with sky high quotes that would have given us a simple addition with basic materials. Matt came through with a MUCH better quote including premium finishes and some original ideas on top of what we had in mind that we NEVER thought would be possible on our budget. Through the whole process, Matt, his team and everyone he brought in were extremely professional, courteous, clean and talented. Every time a big part of the project was completed I was blown away with the results. We even threw a curveball when our second child came a week early, but they stepped up and got a ton of work done so we could return to a livable space. At the end of the day we got everything on our wish list and even some things we didn’t even think we could wish for! We could not be happier with the outcome of the project! "Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"This is my second time utilizing Sergey and his team at V & S Tile LLC. Four years ago, when we first purchased our home, a 1800s farm house we had them retile our floors in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. The floors at the time were horrible and pitched and they did an excellent job on making the floors look beautiful. When it came time to remodel our bathroom we first received a quote from a larger company. We wanted a second quote to compare it to and were happy to find the V & S Tile also did bathroom remodels. Sergey was quick to come out for a quote, took a lot of time to ask all of the important questions, gather measurements, and take photographs. V & S Tile’s quote was several thousands of dollars less than that of the other company. Throughout the length of the project I was impressed by both the hard work and friendly demeanor of V & S’s employees. During the week the only time I really seen them slow down or stop working was when they had conversations with me about the work or the property in general. The group as a whole seemed to take pride in their work and operate like a family business. Upon completion my wife and I were both very pleased with the project. Sergey’s team completed the work ahead of what the larger company had quoted which we were also grateful for as it meant use of the bathroom sooner. Sergey took the time to match the fixtures, door, and trim to that of the rest of the house and the bathroom looked great. "Man with golden hands and a vision! I cannot begin to describe the mess Michael saved my family from. Little back story: We hired a previous contractor which ruined tens of thousands of materials and flooded my home with no remorse, he ended up uninsured and left us in a very bad situation . We decided to hire Micheal because he had experience in helping others in fixing a bad situation. We had to wait for him to finish a project with another client. Not only is his contract, liability insurance and worth ethic fantastic but he is a swell man. All I will say is “it was well worth the wait “. Michael and his brother are professional, timely, they take the job seriously and treat your home with the upmost respect and care. I have a one year old child and they were courteous to his nap time and would break for lunch when he would nap. Everyday I had updates, the communication was spectacular .
