"Timber and Meghan were great to work with. The price for the work was extremely reasonable and Timber was very flexible and creative with solutions. The original plan was to power wash and treat the existing fence and pergola. Timber suggested going over the old fence with a new fence and building a new pergola.The overall cost for these changes was pretty much the materials. We provided Timber with a photo of a pergola that we found on line and he recreated it flawlessly. I cannot praise Timber highly enough. We are thrilled with the new deck. "Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"We had two teams - one for the roof and one for the gutters. Both teams were great. Steve was the foreman for our roofing team and he did a great job at communicating with us every step of the way. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The gutter team arrived a couple of days later and again, they worked very quickly. We were awaiting the arrival of rain barrels so we gave them the dimensions and they cut the gutters to fit and gave us additional length to slide in for the winter months. "We hired Connecticut Basement Systems to encapsulate our 23 year-old crawlspace.  The sales representative came to do an estimate and was very helpful - he explained his recommendations clearly and gave us literature which explained the science in more detail.  We were somewhat cost-conscious and he helped us get the most bang for our buck.  We were able to arrange financing from an affiliate, and the process was incredibly easy.
The crew came to do the work yesterday - they laid down a drainage mat and rigid insulation on the floor slab and walls topped by a plastic liner, set up a dehumidifier with a drainage line to a sump pump (which they also installed).  I was amazed that they were able to complete everything in one day.  When the job was complete, the foreman went into the crawlspace with me and showed me everything they had done.  I had spent some time in the crawlspace removing the old insulation and was struck by how clean the finished product felt - to say nothing of the energy efficiency and moisture removal benefits.
We have no plans to do additional work in our basement for the time being, but if and when we decide to do any, Connecticut Basement Systems will be our first call.  Truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
