"Excellent initial consultation with Ryan M. Careful COVID-19 prevention measures. Thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all options. Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. "This repair of a 68 year old home has left me dry as a bone and happy. I had drain tile installed, interior steel beams after the aging block was made plumb again, and exterior drainage and a sump pump installed. I also took the opportunity to get an egress window put in. Things were explained clearly, work was done within the set time frame, and follow-up was done to be sure things were working well.
