He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding.
