"This review is long overdue on my end but I wanted to provide a positive recommendation for Chase and his company on the demolition and replacement of two older new decks in our backyard and a new ceiling. After experiencing working with several contractors in the past that we're less then impressive I found Chase to be very through and professional and kept his promises on all the work that was done. I'm very detailed and the final outcome more then met our goals for having something built correctly that will last for a long time. Phase two of our project was to replace a tounge and groove knotty pine wood ceiling above an outdoor farmers porch. I was very concerned about how this would turn out since other contractors has told us how difficult the rip and replace would be. Chase found a way to get it done with the least amount of impact to the existing framing. Also, the crew working for Chase was always polite and courteous to all of our questions and he does have an admin that called in the evening at the end of every day to ask us about our experience. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of remodeling in the future."

"I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing. "We worked with G&P over during two separate phases of a yard renovation project upon moving into our home; phase 1 in the fall of 2021 and phase 2 in the spring of 2022. We had roughly 30 trees of various sizes removed, including heavy ground brush to create a back yard & expand the sides of our yard. They brought in a great deal tailings, fine fill, and loam to level out and grade the new yard space. There were half a dozen very large pines / oaks / maples in our front that were also removed, along with overgrown original landscaping. All around the perimeter of the house were overgrown shrubs as well that they removed. We had a small paver patio put in for a space for our grill. There were a few downspouts that we had where we didn't want the water runoff flowing into the yard / mulch beds around the house, so they installed a few drywells and piped directly from the downspout to the wells. G&P not only expand our yard but essentially "reset" it for us. It was a tremendous amount of work, they were always there early in the morning and worked tirelessly to the end of the day. When we had questions or wanted to go over details they would often come out in person that same day to discuss. Overall we're very pleased, the hydroseed is coming in nicely and in a few more weeks we should have a fresh new lawn to enjoy. I wouldn't hesitate with using G&P again, they're practically a one-stop shop for everything you'd need, highly recommend!"
