"This was an addition on Mobile Bay. New master bedroom and bath, new living area, screened porch. New roof and siding throughout. The Project was not without complication, permits, surveys, inspections, window delivery delays, to mention a few. Throughout all this we worked very well together. Communication from the contractor was excellent at all times, explaining the issues and working with us on the solutions. Despite the challenges, the work was completed on budget."

"The kitchen remodel far exceeded our expectations! The fireplace is stunning! I would recommend them for any job!"

"We debated for years in getting a patio cover installed, but something always prevented it. This year we decided it was a must after removing several trees. We contacted numerous business only to be disappointed in each and leery of a couple. We gave up, but decided to try one more and that was Titan, and are we glad we did. This company is the tops. They immediately provided a clear estimate, providing details of how everything would be done and the materials that would be used. They explained the quality of their product, and I can attest, it is better than I expected and a very quality product. I would select them again and again, without doubt. I was comfortable throughout the installation and their team was very professional, and kept their work environment clean. They answered every question I had before, during and after the installation. They have followed up more than once to ensure my happiness. You can't go wrong."

"

We wanted to remodel our newly purchased condo but didn't think we'd be able to afford all the projects we had in mind because of the limitations of our budget. A couple of local contractors in Gulf Shores had estimated a minimum cost of $40,000. We contacted Help-Around-the-House based on favorable Angie's List reviews and found that they more than live up to their great reputation. Dan Parks and his team worked closely with us from start to finish, not only helping us to stay within our budget but also coming up with ideas that were better than what we originally had in mind. All of the work was of high quality, yet it was done amazing fast.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the final result.  We definitely recommend Dan Parks and the Help-Around-the-House team to anyone who wants high quality work done at a fair price.

"I can honestly say Tony is the most reliable person I have hired in recent years. He is there when he says we will be; if there is something unforeseeable that will detain him, he lets you know right away and works around your schedule. To say Tony did painting is just partially correct but it was the closest thing I could choose from the HA list. Tony was contacted about multiple "handy man" tasks that need attention at our home. He went through everything on the list, discussed options and let me know what to expect. He did everything from removing and replacing an iron railing to providing window installers. Because Tony is professional, meticulous, thorough and capable, as he finished one set of things we needed, we had him continue with drywall repair; painting the interior of our home; installing and staining a headboard ceiling; door adjustments; replacing lights and switches; and probably some things I've forgotten about. He also provided options for hardwood repair. He does full remodeling which we discussed for a bathroom remodel but have put that on hold. Tony is honest and trustworthy---so much so that he is one of the ONLY service providers I've ever left alone in my house. Not only do I fully recommend him but I will definitely be hiring him next time we need anything done here."

"I was very pleased with the job. It was done in a very professional and timely manner. I would definitely hire again in the future."

"Oxen and his team obviously take pride in their work. They are respectful, clean up after themselves and leave the property better than they found it. They repaired the entire width of the back of our home. It had extensive water rot to the sides, eaves, and even a hole in the roof. Oxen then repaired other areas of fascia, siding & trim around the rest of the house. They then painted the exterior. Everything looks wonderful! Oxen is able to give you a budget and breakdown the “must-dos”. We would recommend Oxen and his team and will definitely use them again."

"I am very pleased with him. He is great. I am very pleased. He works us in because he is busy. He had to fix the drywall, mud and something else. He is ready to paint. I am just waiting for him to call us back on that. I told him because he is real nice to us. We are elderly. I told him if you have a big paying job, go ahead and take it. Just to come back and do the painting when you can. He just went beyond. We had him do other things too. He had to dig a drainage system. We kept having mold. He was trying to fix that. We had to that first so we would not get anymore mold. He cleans everything around and puts stuff up. I appreciated that. We had been taken and I mean taken by two previous workers here. He had to even take like the wall, he said they did not do this right because it had only six studs or whatever it was and there should be eight. He said that is why so much moisture was getting behind that. The price was comparable. Joe DeMarco is the one that I use. He put windows frames around our windows that this other guy that was supposed to do and stole so much from us. When you walk into the room, how is looks at the top, then my son came in. He saw the mud or whatever you call it. my son said oh my can you tell a difference in the work. It is neat and looked professional. What I appreciated about Joe so much is that I explained to him that I am hearing impaired and he has to turn to me when he is talking. He does it and he is so patient. He is very patient with the elderly. I appreciate that."
