"From our first contact with Footprints Floors until the final contact we couldn't have been more pleased. After receiving several bids we decided on Footprints Floors due to several factors. Even though our job wasn't the biggest Aaron was professional and respectful with all our questions and our initial visit was not rushed. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel comfortable with the project, never minimizing the size of the job. Due to this not being our primary residence we didn't get the job done right away, Aaron was very patient with this delay. He made himself available to meet with us again to answer additional questions we had. Once a date was set he was active in keeping us posted on the progress. In addition to the floors being refinished there were also some repairs needed and his crew did an awesome job. The floors were very old and in dire need of refinishing and we could not believe the transformation. Aarons crew worked on our floors like they were their own and the finished flooring was amazing!! We couldn't believe they were the same floors - absolutely beautiful!! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to our family and friends and have decided to hire them in the future for our floors in our existing home.
