"I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely hire them again. A+++"

"This is the first time I've ever dealt with any type of professional remodel. I had trouble even finding someone to do the job. Since it wasn't exactly a large project, either no one would return my call, or they wanted to charge way more than it was worth. That's when I decided to look through Angie's list and I found Manfredia's Carpentry & General Contracting. They contacted me almost immediately and set up a date to do an estimate. Wally and his team were great to work with -- professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was done within the timeframe he estimated, as well as within budget. Wally is very knowledgable and quickly gained our trust. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. I couldn't be happier with the result. Our kitchen looks so much better and it will definitely add value to our home. "These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
