"I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely hire them again. A+++"

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

Jarod came in to do the final measurements and give some additional suggestions for the design. Pierce and Valero were my installers. They did an incredible with the installation. They explained everything they were expecting to accomplish, from demolition to the finishing touches on the job. Pierce and Valero did a great job with the cleanup, too. They left nothing behind. This review wouldn't be complete without acknowledging Val. She kept everything on track and kept an open line of communication from start to finish. "Zwolinski Quality Construction did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. The process started with working with Gwynn for purchasing all materials. She was very helpful and would review some of the items we purchased to insure it was the correct item. Arnold and the team are very professional and included me in decisions during the construction. There were three times I had to run out to get additional materials before the next day. That added a little stress as I did not want to slow them down but fortunately there was available stock of everything I needed. (The reasons for needing the additional material were not Zwolinskiâ s error but because I made changes and purchased the wrong size container of grout.) The estimate was 5 days to finish the work and they completed it in 4 days. The workmanship is excellent. I will use them for additional projects and highly recommend them."

"Jeremy was just the best, his co-workers were top-notch and knew their job pretty well. Having a remodel done is a big headache, but these guys kept me pretty upbeat considering how hard they were working.
