Didn't hear from him for 2 weeks regarding a quote, and when he did contact me, he didn't provide a written quote, just an email with a final price. I told him his "quote" was beyond my budget, but would be interested in getting a more detailed quote and ideas of what could be done within my budget. He promised he would get that to me in a couple days. It's been almost a month with no response."

They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday so you wouldn’t have known they had been there. Communication was open and it was easy to get ahold of Mark when we needed to. "I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"
