"Mark and Justin were friendly, professional sprinkler guys.  They worked well as a team locating the valves and testing the system.
There were there on Oct. 16 to locate valves/look for leak. They came back on Oct 17 to replace a leaking valve, install the rain sensor and check all heads. They returned on Oct 29 to replace heads and rotors as needed.  They were also helpful in suggesting plantings I could use to fill in gaps in woods. I would definitely call this company back for additional landscaping needs.

So here is my review of Titan Sunrooms out of Gulf Breeze Florida in the summer of 2014

We had been planning an addition for a few years and had talked to Ryan a few times in the prior 2 years

This year we decided to go with it, a full big sunroom with Mitsubishi Mini Split Unit.

The price estimate was pretty much the same for the last 3 years which is very good.

Construction was delayed by the more than usual rainfall in the Spring.

We had them do the whole thing, from the concrete Slab up. Concrete work by Bob and Chris was fantastic?very courteous, accommodating, on time, and when finished it had a professional finish. That was a lot of physical hard work for them.

Then after concrete cured, the construction crew came in.

The 4 man Crew worked for 2 weeks nonstop?John was the Foreman was always easy to contact. We had a few unseen changes that we were able to solve quickly. Anthony, who is a long time employee, who was here everyday, also took care of some of the finish work. He was great. I understand he now has his own Crew (a well-deserved promotion).

These guys work there tails off when they get on your jobsite?and they keep their jobsites clean as they go. They are quiet and respectful to you and the whole neighborhood.

They will get the job done to your specifications, will adjust things as needed and you will be very happy you chose them for your project.

"Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining."

"We had a bath/shower remodeled into a shower only. The consultation, design and scheduling went as expected. On the final day of installation it was found that a required diverter valve was not among the supplied materials. I went to the local hardware store and bought one so that the subcontractor did not have go back to Florida (we are in Alabama) and return the next day with the required item. I have contacted the company at least twice and they have not reimbursed me for the ~$17 I spent on the valve. I sent them a copy of my receipt."
