"I did not know there was still a company around like J.Thomas Construction in Grand Blanc. I was repairing a few steps on my deck when I ran into a little problem. I went to 3 lumber yards with the old wood to have them cut the 2 pieces that were needed for each step. 1 piece was not as wide as the other, but no one would rip to the size I had to have. So I called 1 of those companies that recommend trade people. I called 1 on thelist and was embarrassed to ask them if they did small jobs. I sent Jason, the owner, a picture of my job. I actually thought he was going to laugh at me and tell me he couldnâ t help me.. He told me he was finishing a job but would stop on his way home and take a look. The job he was finishing was many many thousands of dollars he told me when he got to my house and showed me the picture of the job and a few others his company had done. They were amazing!! I showed him my project of 3 little step pieces of wood. He went to his vehicle, got his saw walked around to the back of my condo and ripped the wood. It took him 5 minutes. Jason was friendly, smiling and very professional in manner and ability. I wonâ t tell you how much he asked for, for payment because it would cause a rush on his already full schedule. If you are looking for a new deck or a repair on your current deck, I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed. "Everything was as they said it would be and there was no increase on the price or anything. It was an extremely hot day but he worked consistently throughout even though he was working in our basement. The windows he put in were beautiful and they were just perfect. He said that they had done the windows 30 years ago, and it still has the same quality in their workmanship. They are prompt and come when they say they are coming. They call you before they come and remind you of your schedule and dates. They do really beautiful work. My mother is now going to have them do the other windows."

"We are so happy that Funspace Direct/Temo Sun Rooms did the addition to our home. From the moment we placed our first inquiry call to this, the final inspection day, every interaction has met or exceeded our expectations. This is the third time we have added an extra room to our homes; the other two were done by other companies. Temo has far exceeded the competition in quality and professionalism. Our sales representative Ryan and designer Race took the time to explain the product and choices in careful detail, answering our questions and offering suggestions to assure we would have the room designed the way we wanted it. Our 12x22 room was erected from mid-December to early March, and we insisted that work only be done when the weather permitted. Our carpenters Bill, Tony and Brian built our room as if it were being built onto their own home. Every aspect of our room attests to their attention to detail. Any materials found to be less than perfect were replaced before being used on our room. When the wind blew open the access doors in the foundation, Tony responded the next day with a modification that works. The electricians Denny. Craig and Joe were prompt, efficient, and took extra steps to be sure previously existing and new service worked flawlessly and was what we wanted. When we realized traffic flow in the room would be a problem the way the exterior doors were designed to function, Jeff Anderman had the doors and electrical service changed over at no additional cost to be sure everything about our room was right.
