This was a big deck remodel and the additional of a water collection and drainage system. During the work the project manager was on site reviewing the details with my wife and I while everyday the Carpenter made sure I was happy with the prior days' work. I would absolutely recommend Bradley Construction for an honest, hard working, and quality company to do business with."

"Scott could not have been more accommodating. Even though his schedule was booked weeks out he was willing to work a Saturday and part day Sunday to complete the work we needed done since our house was going to be inspected prior to a pending sale. The quality of his and his associate's work was just excellent. The soon to be buyer of our home was totally pleased with the work that had been done. Drywall work can get rather messy, but they installed plastic sheeting to protect adjacent areas and then did an excellent job cleaning up the work area once they were done. Plan to use his services again in the near future at another home to do some additional ceiling work and a bathroom remodel job should he be able to fit us into his schedule. Highly recommend!"

"Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."
