I was so impressed with their professionalism, and explained what work was going to be done each day. I know I spent alot of money to have this worked completed and it was worth EVERY CENT. There is no longer any smell and my floors are warmer. The detail work that went into completing this work is EXTREMELY HARD WORK and it is done by hand"

"It was not terribly good.  They came and saw the job.  They said that they couldn’t do it and they never did do it.  I paid the money and never got anything out of it.  We had water damage in the ceiling of our rec room and the ceiling was coming down.  He said that it was a much bigger job than he thought it would be and that it would cost more money.  I asked him to give me a call with the estimate but he never called me back.  I didn’t call them back.  There was no additional charge.  He did come on time.  He didn’t do anything but just took the money and left.  The price for what he did was way high.  He never gave an estimate of what it would cost."

"A very nice gentleman came to my house to assess my concern about a retaining wall which happens to hold up part of my front yard and is attached to my home.  He explained in detail how the ground can change due to climate and how it can affect a retaining wall.  We have only had slight movement in the past several years and he accredited it to the several years of drought we have had followed by a couple of years of wetter than normal weather.  We have no cracks in the wall, just movement where it connects to the house.  One option to fix it would be to dig out the front yard next to the wall and put in supports.  The other option is to just leave it alone since there are no cracks in the retaining wall just slight movement where it meets the house.  I totally respected the fact that he was honest and had integrity and told me the truth.  He could have tried to convince me my house would fall down if I didn't fix the wall.  He was above board, straightforward and candid.  I did not use their services today, but if I ever need any foundation work I will definite use them since they are a company you can trust.

"I was given an estimate that was agreed upon before the job.  The crew that did the work was a great group.  Considering the type of work they were doing it was quiet.  My husband worked nights and was asleep during the day and he said he did not have any days during the work he could not sleep.  Each one worked hard and answered any question that I had.  A representative came out a few times to look things over and to inquire if I was pleased with the work, which I was.  The work that was done on my home made it look like a completely different one and I am very happy with the end product. 
The estimate would have been the end price but I had some additional work done, other than that it was right on.  The products used were of excellent quality.  This was a small business that has grown considerably over the past year.  I recommend Pittner Services.  You will get a good fair price with quality materials and workmanship.
