"We could not rate Resurrection Builders any more highly! Ryan Sullivan was responsive in getting back to us and scheduling our initial project estimate. He listened to our ideas and even gave us an itemized proposal so we could see where we could make adjustments as needed. Additionally, Ryan's proposal was fair, and came in under other contractors' cost estimates. Every member of the team that we encountered was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They worked efficiently and were respectful of our time. The crew went above and beyond to keep construction messes contained to the remodeling area, end even cleaned up at the end of each day. Ryan was in regular contact through each phase of our project to let us know who and what to expect. It is worth noting that the payment structure was divided, which helped to build a sense of trust and rapport, and ensure that all work would be completed and to our standard. We will look to Resurrection Builders for any future projects."

"Went very smoothly for a challenging 5 week total bathroom remodel. Gary helped us pick out items and coordinated quickly and efficiently with others. Very responsive and organized to a T!"

"Balteza Property Services were given a project to remodel the entire bathroom from basic tub to rain shower model. We were greatly impressed by the quality, momentum and high degree of professionalism. The entire working crew were very punctual , diligent and responsible in their entire process of remodeling. We were very impressed by their execution of hauling out the debris and amount of dust during their work. At the end a through clean up was done. Kudos to Vasil Puli who led the team and did a great job. We highly recommend this company for any project involving bathroom remodeling. We will hire them again without any hesitation."

"Excellent service. My project started with a kitchen remodel, and when I saw how professional the team was and the outstanding and the meticulous work, I asked them to help with other projects. So I had them do a partial basement remodel, and then repairs to the outside steps. More work coming your way LFC. THANK YOU!"

"Awesome experience with Total Renovating, LLC. Knowledgeable, responsive, considerate, patient, went above and beyond, informative, a true professional and fair. These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovating, LLC. Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. After an extensive search, we found Total Renovating , LLC and its owner, Russell. From day one, which was actually a few months before we hired him and his team, Russell was extremely pleasant to work with. I called and informed him of the task we were wanting to have completed, as well as the fact that we were new to this experience. He was very patient in explaining the entire process from start to finish. Once we had a signed contract between ourselves and Total Renovating, LLC, Russell took it from there. Whether it was obtaining architectural drawing designs, permits from the county, or the construction and clean up of the project, Russell and his team took care of every step along the way. Unlike some other companies that may be dismissive of your project if they feel that it wonâ t make them enough money, or are dismissive of your task altogether, Russell and his team were a complete joy and relief to work with. They are very punctual, as they show up on time, every time. And I mean EVERY TIME. Additionally, his crew made sure to do an excellent job cleaning up after each day of work. This was truly appreciated as we have a young child and a dog living in the house as it was being remodeled. In this market and with inflation being what it is, we all know that some companies may try to stiff their customers by engaging in price gouging here and there. That was not at all the case with Total Renovating, LLC. The price that they quoted us and signed for was what was adhered to. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house. If you have a task or project that youâ re thinking about having done with your home, we HIGHLY recommend that you chose to hire Russell and his team with Total Renovating, LLC. We guarantee that you will not be disappointed. We also guarantee that you will love the end result."

"Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"They showed up when they said they would and were polite and pleasant. I had a small full bath remodeled. They did a great job in stripping everything down, making repairs that were needed due to some previous water damage, and installing new vanity, light, and bath accessories. I had some other small handyman repairs that were taken care of as well without issue. All work was done within the time stated and done well. I would use them again. The only minor issue was the the wax seal for the toilet apparently moved after about a month, but they came back out and replaced it without issue."

"Renken Remodeling is a top-notch company. From the initial presentation to the final steps in the remodeling process, everything was done professionally and with care. I will definitely be hiring them again for our next bathroom remodel. I very much appreciated how they stayed on top of the project and gave us realistic timelines. Went way above my expectations."
