Sawyer Williams was great at explaining the issue and the costs, and it was a no pressure visit. He explained to me the four causes of water in a crawlspace and suggested the best way to SOLVE the problem, not put a band aid on it. They have just finished a full encapsulation, sump pump, and dehumidifier with a digital thermostat I can monitor from in my home. The workmen came out on schedule - were friendly, responsible, and efficient. Sawyer came back to get under the house and inspect their work. I was VERY pleased with the results, and would recommend Crawlspace Doctor of Huntsville, Alabama highly."

"Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining."

"What should have been a 2 week project became 6 weeks. Scheduling and personnel problems were evident. Days would go by without any work being done. Tile was done incorrectly, so was removed and redone at Re-Bath's manager's direction. Construction dust was supposed to be contained. At this writing (4-12-15), we are still cleaning up construction dust and debris. Shower glass walls and door were slow to be shipped and installed. One piece of glass was cut or ordered incorrectly, resulting in another weeks delay.
