"They always come at 8 am and work very efficiently. Andy is very straightforward and responsive. He makes good suggestions and tries to make things correctly. He is accommodative even the scope of work changed and he can help to get additional materials (of course the cost went up but still reasonable). His team is courteous and work pretty fast. I had to get all the materials in time for them to work. The results are pretty satisfying at the end. The only thing (for me as well) is to communicate what to complete in details so that there is no things left behind. But even with that, as long as I pointed out, they came back and fix it with no question."

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them."

"I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors."

"My mom wanted a kitchen she could be proud of. She went to Lowes and paid them a lot of money but they provided terrible service. We learned later they fired the assigned and ; after other complaints came in. Johnny and his crew saved the project after we were stuck in a bad place with no where to turn. His workers were great and he was always there when a question came up. He kept us informed in all stages and explained everything clearly. He treated my mother with respect and was patient with her when she asked questions. He finished exactly when he said he would and we are extremely pleased with the work.
