"Recommendation for General Remodeling Group: Reliable, Quality Work I hired General Remodeling Group (GRG) for two major projects in my home: a kitchen and dining room remodel ($75k in 2016) and bathroom renovations ($55k in 2018). Visvydas and his team delivered dependable craftmanship, and Iâ m still very satisfied with the results years later. Attention to Detail and Consistent Communication From start to finish, Visvydas kept me updated at every step with straightforward communication, making the whole process run smoothly. GRGs attention to detail also stood out they handled each punch list item promptly, completing everything to a high standard without cutting corners. In addition to my home, I also manage contractors at work, and I know this level of thoroughness is rare. Most contractors leave me frustrated with incomplete tasks, but with GRG, everything was done as it should be. For that reason alone, I feel compelled to recommend GRG, they get the job completed 100% without a fight! Skilled Team with Integrity and Flexibility GRG offers a flexible design-build approach, letting clients be as hands-on or hands-off as they prefer whether you want to make only the big decisions or get involved in the details. I was actively involved and appreciated how Visvydas collaborated with me, offering thoughtful advice and the chance to adjust along the way. Others I know who worked with GRG preferred less involvement and were equally happy with the outcome. They also brought in skilled subcontractors from masons and plumbers to electricians who truly know their craft. When I considered having GRG install new exterior doors and windows (over $100k), they recommended a specialist from another company, showing a real commitment to quality over profit. It reminded me of Miracle on 34th Street, where one shop suggests going to the competition to ensure customer satisfaction. Quality That Holds Up Over Time GRGs work included installing and modifying cabinetry that perfectly matched our kitchen design and detailed tiling that elevated our bathroom, and they performed major plumbing and electrical work without issue. We recently sold our home, and GRGs work still looked new. Even the home inspector praised their craftsmanship; the cabinets, tile, and plumbing looked and worked as if they were just installed. Their work clearly added value to our property. If you want quality work that stands the test of time, I highly recommend General Remodeling Group. GRG delivered for my family and friends, and even eight years later, we are grateful we chose them. PS I rarely see a contractor finish every punch list item 100%, but with GRG, it is like discovering unicorns are real. That alone makes them worth recommending."

"Great customer service, very knowledgeable about what was needed to complete the project. "-Excellent pricing -Great communication -Extremely talented contractors We contacted Home Breakthrough for a complete, down to the studs, remodel of our master bathroom. We couldn't possibly be happier with the work that they did, and their pricing was significantly better than the other quotes we received. Planning Phase: Within a day of contacting the company, Francisco came to our house to give us a quote. A day or two after that, once we elected to go with Home Breakthrough, he drew up the contract and set a date for us to pick out tile. Throughout the planning phase, Francisco and his coordinator Honika, were with us every step of the way. What was particularly helpful was that when we would pick a fixture that may not work for the space (our master bathroom is tiny), he would recognize it as an issue ahead of time, saving us time and money. He was also very keen on laying out different options for us in an effort to keep costs down. Construction: The team the company sent to do the work (Ismael and Ricardo) were amazing. Not only were they incredibly talented contractors, they were very respectful of our home. They cleaned up at the end of every day and were very cautious not to damage any walls or flooring during construction. Most importantly, they did BEAUTIFUL work. We have an old house, so there were numerous issues they had to work through, such as uneven floors, uneven walls, and shoddy plumbing and electrical. They were able to solve all these issues without problem, and the end result was absolutely stunning. Ismael and Francisco were really good about showing us exactly what was wrong, why it was a problem, and explaining how they would fix it. I'm no contractor, but I have done a good deal of framing, plumbing, electrical, etc in the past (most of my friends are in the trades). I can guarantee you that if this company tells you something is an issue that needs to be addressed, they are not trying to up-sell you. They know what they are talking about and they are really good about finding solutions to problems in the most cost effective way to you. You will not find a more honest company than Home Breakthrough. Once all the issues were solved, construction of our new bathroom went very quickly. We went with an ornate herringbone pattern for the tiles on one of the walls in our shower, which Ismael installed perfectly, despite needing to custom cut the majority of the tiles for that wall. The speed with which they finished up the project is a testament to the diligent prep work Ismael and Ricardo did ahead of time. They didn't even need to shim the cabinets or vanity! Even in new constructions you usually need to shim, but the walls and floor they installed were perfectly level and plumb. Final Thoughts: If you are looking to do a remodel, this is the company you want. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, we saved several thousand dollars going with them over another company, and our finished bathroom is literally perfect."

"I asked for a complete bathroom makeover and left the vision up to Mike — and I couldn’t be happier. From securing the foundation and properly waterproofing the space to the final finishing touches, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The black and white tile design is absolutely beautiful and timeless. The built-in bench and handheld shower add comfort and functionality, and I specifically requested a serene, open space without glass — which was executed perfectly. The entire project was completed with great communication, attention to detail, and at a reasonable cost. I absolutely love the finished product and highly recommend Mike, City Renovations & Remodeling, LLC"

"Balteza Property Services were given a project to remodel the entire bathroom from basic tub to rain shower model. We were greatly impressed by the quality, momentum and high degree of professionalism. The entire working crew were very punctual , diligent and responsible in their entire process of remodeling. We were very impressed by their execution of hauling out the debris and amount of dust during their work. At the end a through clean up was done. Kudos to Vasil Puli who led the team and did a great job. We highly recommend this company for any project involving bathroom remodeling. We will hire them again without any hesitation."

"We had just bought our first home, a fixer upper, and had no idea where to start first. We had a list of many projects we would need to do over time and a budget we had to stick to. Devin came to look at our house and listened to all of our wants and needs as we explained the ideas we had in mind. After discussing our options we decided to start with the least attractive room in house. It was a small room that had our washer and dryer in it. We had no space in the house for an eating table and only two small closets in the whole house. So, Devin and his staff turned the space into a beautiful sunny room big enough for a dining table and two much needed storage closets with shelving, one of which also stores our washer and dryer out of sight. It looks amazing! He widened the doorway from the kitchen to the room, moved the back exit door to a more sensible location, installed 4 new windows, and laid a tile floor with an inlay border. He also installed new outlets and recessed lighting. While completing the project Devin discovered things that had been done improperly by previous owners and he repaired them to code (joists in the floor, drainage for the washer...). He noticed everything and made sure that the new room was built without any imperfections. We love the room and can't imagine not having the extra storage space. It was the best thing we ever did!"

"I hired NV to extend my kitchen and remodel it, I am highly satisfied with their services. The team was professional. They answer all my questions on the initial consultation meeting. The architect and designer took the time to listen to my ideas and be able to design the extension and kitchen. Project manager communicated with me regularly and kept me updated on the progress of the project. The extended and remodeled kitchen looks really nice. The team paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that the final product was exactly what I had envisioned. Overall, I highly recommend this company for any kitchen extension and remodeling needs. They are professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Thank you for making my dream kitchen a reality!"
