"Overall I was very satisfied. I started this process unsure of exactly what I wanted to build. From beginning to end, Brian helped walk me through every step. The Krain Construction crew provided quality craftsmanship and their choice of subcontractors was top notch. Thank you Krain Construction for helping me build my dream home!"

"I can't say enough about the professionalism and exceptional quality of work from McCann Home Remodeling Services! We completely transformed our home, taking many areas down to the studs. The project included a brand-new kitchen, an updated bathroom, and the addition of a half-bath in the basement. Some standout features included a redesigned staircase with sleek glass railings, a modern deck featuring the latest wire railing technology, and upgraded plumbing and electrical work—complete with smart-connected light switches as per my request. Anthony and his team are true experts. Seeing the incredible transformation from day one to the finished product is almost unbelievable. They were reliable, hardworking, and always accommodating, even when I made last-minute changes. If you're looking for top-tier home remodeling or repairs, McCann is the team to call. You won’t be disappointed!"

"I have a 1957 built ranch-style home that needed some major upgrades over the past 3 years.  Those projects were all done by Dion at Three Rivers Remodeling.  I met Dion back in 08/2011 through my neighbor (his in-laws) and the first project was my upstairs bathroom.  I was impressed with Dion's professionalism, attention to detail/cleanliness, and punctuality.  I was really impressed when Dion asked if it would OK for him to work on the bathroom on Labor Day.  Since then, in 2011 Dion installed glass block windows in my garage and replaced the doors/base boards in the hallway.  In 2012, Dion replaced a paneled wall in the living room with drywall, painted the living room, refinished the hardwood floors, and built stairs leading from the basement to the living area.  In 02/2014, I hired Dion for a complete kitchen remodel.  Finally, in 11/2014, Dion remodeled my downstairs bathroom.  On that job, after he gutted the room we found several problems that we were not expecting.  Dion worked most days until 9:00 (after asking me if that would be OK) in order to get the job done by the promised completion date while not sacrificing the quality of the finished project.  When I show people the finished project, they are always very impressed by Dion's work.
Dion does all the work himself and he is a bit of a perfectionist.  I know that he prefers to do the job right as opposed to doing the job cheaply.  I cannot say the same thing about the prior owners of my house.  When we discovered the issues with the downstairs basement, Dion explained my options.  What we could/could not get away with.  What is the right way/workaround to correct the problem.  Inevitably, with my experience with Dion, I trust his judgement and always authorize him to do it the right way.
When it comes to pricing, I do my research and go into the project with a range on what I think it will cost.  Dion always comes in within that range.  Never overpriced and never a low-ball estimate.  He discusses what needs to be done with me in layman's terms and his contract clearly discloses all the work to be done for the price.  Any unanticipated costs (like on the downstairs bathroom) are clearly discussed, priced, documented, and presented to me for approval before Dion proceeds with any work.
Oh, and Dion likes my dogs (and they love him) even letting them out for bathroom breaks while he's on the job.  May seem trivial, but, just another example of the extra steps Dion takes to make the whole process a positive experience.

"We were extremely pleased with Tri County Kitchen. Todd and his staff are very accommodating and professional. They offered great suggestions when designing our kitchen with island. Additionally, the installation staff did a fabulous job installing our kitchen/bathroom cabinets and building our custom island. Everything looks beautiful!"

"Jim, Anthony, and Nicole did an outstanding job resurfacing our kitchen cabinets. Everyone thinks we replaced them because of how professionally Munion Cabinets performed the resurfacing. They also did an outstanding job installing a ceramic tile floor in our powder room as well as panel flooring in the laundry room. I highly recommend Munion Cabinets for any type of remodeling work. They are professional and honest and very easy to work with."

"The side porch turned out beautiful! Doug listened to what I wanted done and he made his suggestions... regarding the materials, the railings, and the steps. The price he quoted was very reasonable and fair. The job was completed within the timeframe that was quoted. Doug and his crew are very professional, friendly, and did a great job. I will give them an A+! I will be hiring Furko Construction again in the future."

"From the beginning of our kitchen reno project Carmen was very responsive and patient as we made our way through determining the right contractor, and we are so glad that we made the choice to work with BNQ. Carmen was able to help us to transform our galley kitchen circa 1950/1960s into a beautiful modern kitchen with great functionality. We can actually have more than one person cooking dinner or even just in the kitchen while someone else is cooking! Throughout the entire project if there were any changes to the plan that need to be made, or questions Carmen was extremely responsive and always came to us before pursuing a different plan of action in the renovation. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness throughout the entire renovation. At the end of every day the construction area was swept and all tools/supplies where put away or organized within the work space. We decided after the kitchen was done to extend our tile into the entry of the home from the kitchen. Carmen not only was extremely flexible to get it done quickly, but also stood by the work of BNQ to the point of offering to redo the tile in entry because he personally was not satisfied with the outcome. For us this speaks to his commitment to professionalism and quality of work, because of that we would have no hesitation in hiring BNQ to do additional projects in the future or in recommending him to friends and family."

"Jeff built a beautiful trex deck for me off the back of my townhouse (it was an extension as well as a replacement of the entire structure). Jeff was great in navigating the Bethel Park permitting as well as with my HOA requirements. He was very responsive and dedicated to the job."

"Bath Pro did a wonderful job on our master bath remodel. They were very professional and did high-quality work. I would definitely hire them again."

"The owners (Chris and Cal) did an excellent job on our remodeled project. They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. We wanted a contractor who could do the entire project and C&C fit the bill. They performed the drywall, flooring, windows, painting, electrical, and structural part of the job. We would highly recommend them ."
