He displayed to us his ability to transform the customer's wish list into a vision and then a reality. He worked with us upfront to plan the project from evaluating our remodel options after measuring the space and brainstorming with us about our vision to accompanying us to vendor sites to select the materials and putting together a project timeline based on availability of materials such as appliances and cabinetry.
