"Everything went well.? Bob and his crew are true professionals.? I had a few ideas about how I wanted the basement to look but wasn't sure? how it could be done in a relatively small space.? I live in a condo/townhouse and only wanted half the basement finished.? Bob was very helpful with his design ideas and I was totally impressed with the results.? He exceeded my expectations by finishing the task on time and maybe a few days early.? He is very upfront with costs, expectations, and time management.? He frequently updated me with his teams productivity and wanted my input regarding such.? The results are fabulous!? My friends have complimented the fact that I still have plenty of "storage space" in the unfinished part of my basement and a beautiful room in the other.? This room consists of a reading nook with under-the-bench storage and above shelving; a small office area; and a room for watching t.v. and entertaining.? I chose to do the painting myself...Not an easy task but Bob was there to answer my questions about that as well.? Once the carpeting is in I will have beautiful pictures to share with family and friends.? I couldn't be happier and will definitely call this company for my bathroom and kitchen in the future."

Even after running into some unexpected structural issues once the walls were opened up they still managed to get the job done in the time frame quoted by working extra hours and weekends. "We were very happy with the price, product, and process that DiOrio delivered for our project. We had a fairly extensive remodel that required a near demo of our second floor in addition to a complete bathroom remodel with an extended floor plan. Derek & James estimated 2 months for the project and they hit that within about a week, which was appreciated because I know these projects can drag and we were temporarily living offsite. James did most of the work on our project, with support from others as needed. He's a talented carpenter with broad knowledge and good attention to detail. Communication throughout was truly excellent, which is also extremely important for a project with lots of moving parts. Construction projects are typically not typically "fun" but these guys are highly skilled and they work fast. Go in with a clear idea of what you want, realistic expectations (especially if you have an older hours), stay organised, and you will be very happy with result. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. "My wife and I have recently completed a remodel of our home with Brothers Remodeling. The finished product was more than we expected! The craftmanship, mindfulness, communication throughout the project, and the design ideas and improvements during the project from Art and his team turned our vision into a reality. We could not have been more satisfied with the finished product! Please do not make the mistake I made. About 3 years prior, I decided to install new floors and chose one of those big TV companies to perform the work. After Artâ  s team came in and started working, I realized even more how much of a mistake it was to choose the TV company. I end up tearing out and replacing the TV company's floors and wasted money in the process. The TV companyâ  s craftsmanship was poor at best. I had to have the kitchen floors torn out twice and replaced. Art and his team at Brothers Remodeling are truly consummate professionals!!
