This was our most ambitious project yet, as we wanted to maximize the existing space to create an entirely new master bathroom and walk-in closet. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. "Cortez A1 Remodeling completed a front hall coat closet renovation for me that involved stripping wallpaper, removing stipple from the closet ceiling and sanding, priming, and painting, replacing an MDF shelf with red oak and mitre cutting PVC baseboards for the closet. Francisco and his dad, a master carpenter, also took care of the fine details for a staircase remodel, adding end pieces for unfinished edges. Cortez A1 Remodeling was on time, communicated well, and competent. I have other house projects requiring plumbing and electrical work.
