"Jeff was a true professional from the moment we spoke. He’s honest and fair in his pricing. His quote to replace my vanity and fix my bathroom shower were exactly what I was looking for. Jeff was reliable and showed up when he said he would and gave me ideas on how to improve and better utilize the space I was working with. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone done with contractors who overcharge and who take forever to get the job done. I will definitely call Jeff again when I am ready to remodel my kitchen."

"Absolutely love how my bathroom remodel turned out! The team at Shepherd Contracting was super professional and made the whole process so easy. They worked fast but didn’t cut any corners, and everything looks amazing. Communication was great the whole way through, and they actually stuck to the timeline (which never happens with renovations lol). Plus, they kept everything really clean, which I totally appriciated. If you’re thinking about remodeling, I 100% recommend them!"

"Review by Lorraine Desert Showers and Remodeling has been so easy to work with. From setting the appointment through the design process! Everyone from office staff through the design process has been very knowledgeable and friendly without the high pressure you expect when you have a company out to your home. Looking forward to working with the installers and getting our dream shower built! Thank you Desert Showers and Remodeling!"

"We purchased a townhome in Flagstaff several months ago. The unit is situated on a small hill with a pine forest to the rear. There was a small patio in the rear yard. However, the soil was eroding down the hill into the valley below and the patio was cracking due to the unstable soil. I contacted Angelsun Landscaping and Michael inspected the problem and came up with a solution to stop the erosion and stabilize the rear yard with a retaining wall and extending our brick paver patio. JP, Michael's father suggested additional items and solutions. The work took just a little over a week. We were not at the property while the work was taking place. When we arrived to view the work...we were totally blown away by the improvements. They were better than expected. The new patio was magnificent!! In addition, an aluminum wrought iron style fence was added plus a planting area. All the work exceeded our expectations. JP and Michael are the consummate professionals and we would not hesitate to have them do any landscaping work we may have in the future."

"The previous parking was a dirt pad, and became mud with each rain or snow. Initially the project was bid for a 20 foot width. When the workers arrived on site to grade the area and build the form we inquired about adding to the size and the cost was very reasonable so we made the change. The concrete poured was 3000 PSI and which we verified with the delivery driver. The form was built to allow a minimum depth of 4 to 4.5 inches of concrete in all areas; additionally steel re-bar was installed on 24 inch centers and tied together to add strength. The finish was a broom finish which looks nice but allows some tire grip over a totally smooth surface. Ernesto was the employee that did most of the work, and was very courteous and tidy.

JDS improvements is an honest outfit that does what they promise, shows up on time, leaves the job site tidy, is fair on price, and quality of work was high.

We recommend JDS Improvements and will use them in the future.

"Awning and shade were custom made in Florida which requires a two week turn-around by the awning manufacturer. Installation of awning went very smoothly. Installation of privacy blind was a unique application that required a unique non-standard installation. This required an additional appointment to install. Very happy with the way the privacy blind turned out.

"Crew shows up quickly after being hired! They work fast and efficient. When we ran into remodel problems, they quickly found solutions and worked long days to get the job done!! When they did our deck it was raining and muddy, but they stayed all day and got the deck finished despite the weather. 10/10 recommend 👌"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
