"Where a problem may come up, will discuss & together find a way around it. eg. A greenhouse add-on to my house required clever setup for the painter."

"Curtice Group to the rescue! This was our second project with the Scott, Eric, and crew after they did our amazing kitchen remodel. We needed our basement bathroom fixed after a previous contractor back-pitched all the piping. I truly can't say enough good things about them: they were transparent with pricing, extremely communicative about what work would happen when, and efficient! We're finally able to use our bathroom for the first time in 3 years. I truly don't think I can hire anybody else but the Curtice Group for any home renovation project."

"Bob helped me out to replace old ducting for a kitchen hood vent from a smaller size to a bigger one to prepare for new larger kitchen hood that I will be installing. He went above and beyond what I was was hoping for the project including adding a thermal break, additional insulation and damper to the vent that I did not think of. He was great to work with and had great recommendations for future projects at home. I will totally work with him again in the future."

"The best remodeling experience I’ve ever had."

"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"Excellent! We hired Sanfer and his team after meeting with him a few times and checking references. We really liked his can-do attitude and flexibility. He was easy to talk to and had some design ideas that we chose over the architects. He is a strong builder, meaning he doesnt skimp on making it well made. That was important to me. He has a really great finish carpenter too. Shout out to Edgard! Our remodel was a 4 room, bathroom, 2 floor addition (now a walk out basement/first floor) to accommodate an inlaw apt on the ground floor and office and living room on the first. We also had a small elevator added between the two floors. The pricing was right down the middle compared to others. The elevator installers remarked that the hoistway was the best built they had worked with, which was important since it needed to be within a quarter inch of plumb at any point. We used Sanfer for other smaller add ons and would hire them again for a large or smaller job."

"Bob and his crew were extremely helpful in replacing our front door and slider. Bob was quick to respond and gave us a very fair and honest quote. He was flexible in the timing when the door we ordered was delayed. He and his team also fixed an additional problem when we realized the previous door had been leaking into our basement. Bob and his team were great to work with and we will be contacting them next time we need help with something."

"We hired John and his crew to refresh/remodel a kitchen and bathroom in our rental unit. Realistic estimates were provided and when unforeseen issues were discovered, sensible solutions were offered. The crew was superb from day one demolition through the final touches at the end of each project. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Details were not an afterthought; they truly put care and skill into the whole project."

"Although he had other projects underway, they managed to fit my work in a reasonable time frame. They cleaned up each day after they finished their work."

"We recently completed a kitchen and bathroom renovation and are very pleased. Having previously practiced construction law, I was particularly impressed with Eric's communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to answer any and all questions we had without getting defensive. I think that is a rare quality in the construction profession. His crew Mike and Dave always were pleasant and friendly with my kids and me in the mornings and were incredibly hard workers - working through that awful heat wave in mid June and finishing the job on time."
