They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. He helped us get the permits from the city, was on time with starting our project, and was at our home almost everyday (weather permitting) working on our project with his partner Scott. Todd offered great suggestions throughout the process after being in the space and seeing our architect's drawings. Some that we took and some we didn't, but was always respectful on our decision and not pushy. We had a serious timeline with a baby due and he finished right on our due date! "I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"
