"Couldn’t be happier with this bath to walk in shower remodel. Done in one day by Trevor T. And Cain S. They were outstanding- professional and considerate."

"Wall & amp; floor tiling is complete and looks very good. They have been very responsive and cooperative and the pricing was more competitive than bids from contractors locally and in Northern Virginia. We are very pleased with the results of this small bathroom remodeling, which required some rescheduling due to a problem with the vanity top not fitting following a mistake made by Lowe's with their manufacturer. Once the job was finished, I had a few questions/concerns and they rescheduled the remodeler to return and take care of those concerns promptly. I had someone from their HQ call me directly throughout the process and very much appreciate that type of customer service and followup! When you find a contractor with this type of service it pays to keep their name for any followup projects."

"Two of the Upgrade Remodeling pro's showed up and did the whole job in a excellent manner. The installed and cleaned up an in a superior manner. I would highly recommend for bathroom remodel or any other job you might have for them to do."

"Everything went just fine. I had been looking for someone to do some repairs to a slate roof on my uncle’s house for months. Once I got in touch with Action Roofing, the job was taken care of. They were very prompt to look at the job and to do the job. I feel like the price was fair. I am talking with them for additional work."

"Project scheduled. I've done business with the past. I'll update when job complete"

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

"Fernando evaluated a stone facade on my Colonial Beach, VA townhouse that had come loose due to poor builder construction. He matched the stone perfectly and repaired the original work to like new condition. He was responsive, timely, cost-competitive, and most importantly did grade A work. Would definitely hire for any future projects!"

"Everything was done very well; removal of old sunroom materials, installation of new wall and roof over additional roof area. All wood work was very well done, installation of new glass and new structural roof! All done well. Exception was the new roof! Here the interfacing of new roof with existing roof was not done well. All the construction was completed at end - literally in last week of 2015; all seemed well for first winter of 2016, then in spring of 2016 the roof began leaking at or near the interface of new with the existing roof. I called Mr. Bart Scesney, the Senior Design Consultant , overseeing the project and reported the leak. He promised a fix. Then through the summer of 2016 the leak seemed to resolve itself but with return of winter the roof leaked through the winter of 2016 -2017. I called Mr. Scesney again and again received a promise of a repair; nothing happened. Again in winter of 2017-2018 leaks occurred, again I called with the same null response. Finally in the fall of 2018 I sent an email to Mr. Scesney with a copy to the President of TRS, Mr. Joe Henley. Again a promise of a repair but no response. Thus, this complaint to Angie's list and the same to the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a formal legal proceeding to sue the company for the cost of an urgent repair. Really hate to take this action because all other aspects of the work was so well done. But I must stop the leak; I have a cathedral ceiling and as a result a leak comes directly into my home."
