He made some wonderful suggestions and came up with creative solutions for any problems that arose. The original estimate was very close to what the final cost was (of course there are always some additional costs to the final bill) as any additional costs were discussed and approved first. We had a full bathroom remodel done. He tore down to the studs and rebuilt. The finished product is truly amazing.
