"The project went very well and Above and Beyond Construction was very easy to work with. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. Our home is an older brick Spanish revival home and the owner of ABC went out of his way to find architectural materials for the addition that matched the style of our home. The crew was courteous, conscientious, pleasant, professional and very easy to have in our home. They were very neat and cleaned up every day before going home. We highly recommend Above and Beyond Construction and would use them again on any other projects in our home."

"Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber.

Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. "Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."
