"JD Michael did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. It turned out beautiful and they were very professional, easy to work with, and clean. I will continue to hire them for any repairs/remodels in the future!"

"I am so happy with the job Gary Howard, Jr. of Perry Hall Remodeling have done with my bathroom. I had an idea to convert old wash stand and I had to a bathroom vanity with a vessel sink. I spoke to Gary and we set it all up. He did a fantastic job and I’m so happy with it! It’s so unique and I just love it. He also put in a new tile floor, painted and fixed other areas that had been neglected for too long. I can’t recommend Perry Hall Remodeling enough. Their work is always of the best quality and they stand behind their work."

"When deciding to rehab our newly purchased assisted living facility, we had many choices of contractors. When we met with Precision Remodeling, we knew this was the company for us. Dave promised that we would be informed of each step of the large rehab via email or text and I was so impressed that he kept his word. His contractors were polite, timely, and made a challenging remodel possible adhering to all of my strict requirements due to COVID including isolating the work area, entering from various locations and working around my staff and residents on a daily basis. The remodel is amazing! Precision Remodeling completed an almost full remodel for our assisted living home. They completed the following projects including new siding, new windows, new sky lights, rehabbing a deck, building a room inside of the house, converting a garage to a heated recreation space, building a beauty salon, elevating a sunken living room to all one level, installing new flooring in the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and 3 bedrooms, and a huge amount of painting. While Precision Remodeling may be a bit more pricey than other contractures, the increased price is worth the outstanding service. Not only the quality of work was exceptional, the quality of Precision's employees was outstanding. You cannot put a price on contractures showing up on time, acting professionally and kindly to my staff and residents, helping out with little extra's just because they are "good guys", cleaning up each day when they are finished, sending updated pictures when the job is complete, and most of all doing quality work. The owner, Dave, was also amazing to work with. We started our business buying this assisted living in Feb 2020 and Dave knew our massive undertaking of buying and running the business in addition to rehabbing the home. Dave was alway responsive and helped us with all aspects of the remodel. He took our calls, met with us and handled any issue we had within 24-48 hours of being informed. You can tell he runs a tight ship, hires the right people, and they respect him and work hard for him. Thanks Dave for all the hard work!"

"Eric-Erkay was our project manager and he was such a pleasure to work with. Always was able to answer our questions and able to pick up the phone if we called. The remodel turned out way better than we expected and are just through the roof with the results!"

"After seeking an initial estimate with a competitor, my wife and I asked AES to perform an estimate for a master bathroom remodel project. David Hill was assigned to our project as the lead sales representative. David met with us and quickly submitted a fair proposal (not to mention SIGNIFICANTLY lower in price than our initial estimate) to us to perform the work we were seeking in our remodel. As new customers we were pleased with the process and with the responsiveness of David throughout the project. AES uses an app, Co-Construct, which allows for transparency of the project details. It also allowed us to see status updates throughout each part of the remodel as pictures were frequently taken to demonstrate the progress of the work. Speaking to the work itself we were very pleased with the craftsmanship of our contractors, Matt and Kurt. They were very diligent and meticulous and did an excellent job, especially with the tile work involved. There were a few hiccups along the way (as with any remodel) and Matt and Kurt were very receptive and flexible in fixing the issues quickly and to our needs. In all the project took about 3.5 weeks and my wife and I are very happy with our new bathroom! We want to thank AES and all of the associates with whom we had the pleasure of working. We would definitely consider hiring AES for future home projects!"

"Our bathroom remodeling with Taylor Made Custom Contracting went very smoothly. They were very organized, professional and respectful of the space they were working in. One of the reasons I selected Taylor Made Custom Contracting was because of their warranty on their work. Two years after the completion of my bathroom, a drawer was not opening properly. Within 2 days, Doug was at my house to fix the drawer. Not only did he fix the drawer, but he spent a full day fixing nail pops from the settling of the initial job, and painting it to make the bathroom great again!"

"Thanks to Luis and his outstanding Team, the room is transformed. The work included complete tear out and framing of the ceiling, noise proofing installation, drywall, crown and base moulding. Interior painting. The Team is highly professional, always on time and open to an expanded scope of work. I would definitely hire again. He earned my trust."

"This was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Everyone who came into our home was polite and professional. The quality of the work and the additional cabinets is exceptional. To say we are pleased is an understatement. We feel extremely happy that our installer was Tim Mitchell. He was a true craftsmen. He was meticulous resulting in a beautiful finish plus the job site was always neat and clean. He kept us well informed of the process each step of the way. We would highly recommend Kitchen Savers to anyone thinking of remodeling their kitchen."

"I hired TMS to add a bedroom, laundry room and bathroom to my home. I wasn't sure exactly how it could be done on my budget, but Ted made it happen! He spent a lot of time planning and discussing the project with me, making necessary changes with my approval and explaining the process. The rooms turned out well above my expectations; their work is outstanding. They are honest and very trustworthy; I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them! Ted and his crew are awesome!"
