He also offered a flexible payment plan. Dino and John, the craftsmen, were prompt, respectful and neat. They were so quiet, the only reason we knew they were here was hearing their tools. They worked on our project all day, every day until completion. Their workmanship was impeccable and they did a great job at cleaning up at he end. We have been enjoying our remodeled family room for about two weeks and haven't found a flaw yet! While McCann Home Improvements was a little more expensive, it was well worth the extra money for the dependability and quality craftsmanship. "We had a fantastic full remodel done on our small kitchen - Dion and his team helped us envision a plan to open up the space and maximize it as much as we could which is tough in small Pittsburgh houses. The plan was 4-6 weeks and the project came out on time and on budget. It looks fantastic. Our kitchen is transformed - it is now beautiful and functional. TRR is a small, dedicated, careful crew. "Doug answered my call promptly. His estimate was very reasonable and his price was good (including material) hence we decided to let him do the job without consulting others for an estimate. We had a 2 story entryway and decided we wanted to close it off in order to add extra living space upstairs. After day 2 they said the job was finished but we noticed a few minor flaws in the drywall and flooring and informed Doug. He addressed the issues immediately and came right back with his crew and fixed everything to our satisfaction. Crew cleaned up after every job and were all very polite and professional. They came and finished everything in 3 days. Men were very responsive and we are very pleased with the overall experience."
