In addition, the Wright's are easy to work with and I consider them friends instead of contractors that remodeled our basement. "This was a unique project as I had to re-do my laundry room, move a 220 outlet, and remove and replace the dryer duct work. I had three contractors give me different plans and different prices. Norman's made the most sense and fit in with other's pricing so I went with him and was glad I did. Work was done in a reasonable time and the people who did the job were knowledgeable and respectful. I liked the work so well that I added to it and they removed and hung two doors in my basement that have never closed. When they were done, all I had to do was paint, stain the doors and put them back. Here's the most important thing of note: When I finished painting the new laundry room the dryer didn't hook up like it should. "Both the estimator and mason were incredible. They worked with us to create an unbelievable new facade, hearth & mantle for our living room fireplace. While we had a few hold up's with the materials, that was not under their control and when the hearth did not fit, they managed to get it cut and back in place within 24 hours. The mason even came back after we installed a new fireplace door and filled in the gaps making it air tight and looking fabulous. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
