"Ceaser from Top Bros Construction & Remodeling was great to work with. Quick response to questions and texts. Good team work with employees. From plumbing to electrical to finished project. I'm sure we will have them back for other projects we will need in the future. One before picture."

"Jason and his team just finished our house remodel project. It began late last year with a remodel of three bedrooms and a half bath. When they were done, we had no choice but make the rest of the house look as good as the bedrooms. So we almost immediately had Property Revision begin the complete remodel of our kitchen, living room and family room. This included a complete demo, removal of a lid bearing wall, and multiple layers of old flooring. They were originally scheduled for 8-10 weeks and completed the entire project in 6 and a half weeks. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about their trades. And their craftsmanship was some of the beat I have ever seen! To be clear, there was no surface in our entire house that they did not touch over a 4 month period of time. Would gladly work with them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone look for a remodeling of their home. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors already!!!"

"Granzow Home Improvement LLC exceeded all expectations in finishing our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Richard and Bob displayed professionalism, skill, and a genuine passion for their craft. The attention to detail was incredible—from the high-quality materials used to the flawless execution of every feature. They transformed our basement into a beautiful, functional space that feels like an extension of the rest of our home, not just an afterthought. Whether it was customizing a plan to fit our needs or ensuring seamless design transitions with the same materials used when our home was built, they listened to our ideas and brought them to life perfectly. Beyond the craftsmanship, they were punctual, respectful, and kept the work area tidy throughout the project. Richard communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring there were no surprises and that we were thrilled with the progress. We wholeheartedly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Richard and Bob, for making our dream basement a reality!"

"Steve called me within a few hours of requesting a quote on a Saturday and came out that afternoon to give us a quote. He was able to get a new boiler installed three days later. It turns out our previous boiler system had been missing some components, and he was able to add those without increasing the quoted price. I would recommend him and his company wholeheartedly and plan to hire him back in the future for other jobs."
