"Great experience, fair price, work completed when told. Everything they did, to remodeled the bathroom to adding a room. They have done a phenomenal job"

"Luckily while Mike was here I was told that in addition to the cleaning I needed to replace the old wires that lead to the emergency shut-off switch on the wall. I'm so glad he found this additional problem when he was here, otherwise he may have had to come back again when it stopped working entirely. After he left all seemed well. And when I started hearing odd sounds coming from the furnace each night, I began to worry something else was wrong and possibly dangerous. When I called I requested the owner, Dan try to stop by to see what it could be. The woman on the phone was so gracious and kind, I didn't feel foolish asking for a re-visit and she made sure to pass the message on to him. He showed up a day or so later even though this is a VERY busy time of year for them and after checking my furnace again he assured me it was fine and that any sounds I might be hearing could simply be the fan revving up or slowing down. Nothing to worry about. So, when he left I felt so much better and safer and he didn't charge me for this extra visit knowing that it was all part of their original offer to check my furnace. Plus, as the kind and decent person he is, he also fixed a little problem I was having with the stopper in my tub! I will be sure to call on them the next time I need service due to their incredible kindness, honesty and reliability!! Thank you, Dan, Mike and Sue!!"

"Al did a great job and got my fireplace cleaned, back and and made sure everything was working properly before leaving."

"Iâ ve Joe on 3 different jobs on two rental properties. He is top shelf all the way and is exceptionally good at keeping folks updated on project progress. Iâ ll use him when ever he is available!"

"The job was professionally done. This wasn't the best of summers for a new roof between periods of rain. Additionally, I needed additional paperwork for approval by the homeowner's association. Matt, our salesman, helped work through the obstacles to completion of the roof and installation of new gutters. The job foreman, Louis, was very professional and accommodating. The roof took three days. They started early to assure that the job would be completed in the timeframe. All old shingles, paper, nails were efficiently disposed by the time the job was finished. The dumpster was removed first thing the next workday. The roof and gutters look perfect. The gutters were installed in a matter of hours and old materials also were efficiently disposed of. Through the last two torrential rains since the roof was installed, there have been no issues. (The roof had been finished three weeks ago, and the gutters were just installed.) I have nothing but good to say about Exterior Solutions."

"Brian has assembled a great crew of skilled craftsmen who are also very conscientious and kind. They remodeled two bathrooms and an office that met and exceeded our expectations. We found them to be flexible, communicative, patient, and good naturedâ important qualities when undertaking big remodeling projects. Would happily hire this excellent crew again. Our sincere thanks to Brian, Dave, Josh, Hunter, and Zach!"

"We had both of our bathrooms remodeled this past year. We really love what they did. The staff is professional and friendly. Easy to deal with. Customer Service was very responsive."

"I would recommend Ross Contracting for all your home remodeling needs as well as new projects you would like to have done at your residence. They were thorough and have excellent work ethic. There estimate was exactly what I paid, without any hidden fees. As well as being very reasonable. They are local and I will use them again for any future projects."
