It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Mr. Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hats off to our project manager, Rick, and to all of Terry’s team, especially Marcus – I could not give a stronger recommendation. We have had some challenges with construction teams in the past, but not this time – they simply tell you what they are going to do and then they deliver – and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for!"

"We had Precise Repair and Remodel build an apartment in our basement. It is totally self contained and includes a kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, dining area, living room and bedroom. The work that Scott has done is nothing short of amazing. He has turned part of our basement area into a gorgeous and roomy apartment. His work is skillfully done and just gorgeous. "Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."

"Purpose of project was to convert a screen porch to an office/den such that it looked like it was part of the original design of house. Project length was projected to take 8 weeks by contractor and this was right on the nose. Project involved multiple subs and their quality of work was good to great. The project manager that was assigned kept in daily touch by texts and site visits and questions and concerns were addressed as soon as they occurred. Project had some unanticipated twists but they were handled quickly and efficiently. The project objectives were met and we are well satisfied."
