"GLD Construction is the best framing crew I’ve worked with. They’re fast, efficient, and the quality of their work is top notch. The crew stays organized, keeps the job moving, and their pricing is very cost effective for the level of craftsmanship they deliver. Highly recommend them if you want framing done right and on schedule."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"The system was inspected additional work is required."

"I decided I wanted to put a master suite addition, including a bath and walk-in closet, on my existing house. I searched for and asked friends for referrals, and Legacy Designs was highly recommended by a good friend. I contracted with Legacy Designs to do the 16x22-foot master bedroom addition and new 12x14 deck. Communication throughout the process was top-notch, with constant updates on product availability and sub-contractor schedules. Being always kept in the loop was very reassuring. Legacy Designs does meticulous work and everything they did is top quality. My addition and deck are beautiful. They were so pleasant and considerate working in my home. They work hard and made every minute on the job count. I have even had them back to do a small existing bath remodel after they finished my addition. If I need anything done in the future, they will be the first, and only, contractor I will call. My experience with Legacy Designs has been nothing but positive. If you are looking for quality, honesty, and dependability for your project, Legacy Designs is the go-to contractor. I would not hesitate to hire them back for any work on my home."

"Justin did a phenomenal job on our complete bathroom remodel. He is meticulous and exact in his work; his tiling, grouting and finish trim work is beautiful! He is also super friendly and a great communicator throughout the project. We had more issues with water damage than we realized at the start of the project and Justin made sure we knew this right away and communicated adjustments to the estimate. We plan to hire him again for future projects."
