Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics. I also appreciated that Jim was conscious to proactively communicate timing and schedules. Overall, happy with the experience and the team's efforts and would use them again on future projects."

He always kept us updated with a timeline of tasks and made sure the plumber, electrician and painters were all scheduled to get their work done on time. He only works with the best! "Salesman was great. Not too pushy. We had a baby due within a month so we had to get moving. They promised they could get it done before the baby came and they pushed to get the windows in asap and got them installed with a few weeks to spare. I researched these guys through Angie's list and it was the right move. If you are debating between a couple companies be confident these guys will do a great job. We put down $1000 and financed the remaining $2000. They basically opened up a 1 yr no interest wells fargo credit card for the $2000. The installers were on time and it took 3 guys 3 hours to do 5 bedroom windows. The installers were very professional and courteous and didn't leave any mess whatsoever. They were conscious of the dust that can be created during installation and covered everything near the windows in the room with plastic. We got the least expensive windows they had and the price was a little more than I thought it would be but well worth it after all was said and done. Windows look great and had an overall great experience with this company. Do your research and you can find companies that deserve the work and wont rip you off."

"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Ricky is a very clever and experienced guy, fantastic. Throughout the short journey was Ivona. Ivona is very responsive and gets back to you immediately. They are so lucky to have her. "Hector was fantastic. He did a total renovation on our kitchen and replace the vanity in our powder room. He painted the majority of our first floor house and sanded the floor and stained our hardwood floor. His work is awesome and very nice person to deal with.
