"Outstanding. Claudio Pacheco and his team were extremely professional. He was an excellent communicator keeping us apprised each step along the renovation. We had a few surprise issues surface and the additional expense was very reasonable. The quality of the work was great. Overall an excellent job and experience."

"The Freeman Repair team demoed the bathroom to the studs, changed the layout, built custom cabinets, moved the toilet/shower, tiled everything. The works. It’s a totally new bathroom & it looks awesome. Derek was great at communicating, everyone showed up on time when they said they would & did a great job. We highly recommend Freeman Repair and Remodeling!"

"We had a guest suite added, master bath full remodel, all new garage interior and several smaller jobs inside the existing house. Rusty and Chris are thorough, fair when issues arise (supply chain is a nightmare currently) and do high quality work. All of their trades are professional and very accommodating which was a massive help considering we lived in the house through the project with 2 kids under 3."

"I have remodeled 5 homes and built one. With all my experience with contractors and subcontractors, I have never found one as reliable as Carson. He has helped my family with repairing older beach homes for the last three years. We have hired Carson to do a lot of jobs. He has completed all of them in a timely manner, using salt water resistant materials that will stand the test of time, and the end product demonstrates excellent craftsmanship. He helps us make decisions from 200+ miles away, staying on budget but producing excellent results. We haven't had to stress about overseeing the job as Carson treats our house as his own. We are beyond thankful for him, his team, and his attention to detail. My great grandfather built one of the homes in the 1950's and its withstood many Hurricanes. I'm so thankful that Carson can carry the tradition of excellent craftsmanship to our special place. As for specifics of this job, he built beautiful shiplap in our den, repaired our deck, replaced a rotten support beam with plumbing and electrical running through it, and painted our porch and deck. He did an incredible job."

"

Tim is very easy to deal with. He has a great eye for detail and takes pride in his work. He built custom cabinetry for my family room as well as kitchens and baths. Tim shows up on time, cleans up and does what he said that he would do. Also, Tim is a nice person to be around. You do not have to worry about foul language or unprofessional behavior in your home.

In the first phase, a wall was brought down to open up the family room / dining room area. Custom cabinetry was built to create a focal wall in the family room. A gas fireplace was installed. The kitchen was a total tear down and custom cabinetry was installed as well as new flooring throughout the entire area. The windows, electrical and plumbing were updated at the same time.

In the second phase the master bedroom and bathroom were totally renovated. The majority of the work was in the master bath. It was also a total tear down. Tim and I spent a lot of time standing in the empty bathroom trying to figure out the best way to get the most out of a small space. He installed a pocket door leading into the bath and custom cabinetry to get the most storage possible. I have a custom shower with a bench and a shower system. I love my bathroom. It is my favorite room in my house.

In the final phase, Tim worked with me to remodel the secondary bath and extra bedroom. I did not want to spend as much money on the secondary bath and Tim worked with me to remodel that bath on a much more scaled down budget. It looks great.

When doing both bathrooms, the plumbing and electrical were both updated as well as windows etc.

He also did new steps, porch repairs and work to the outside of the house. I basically have a brand new home.

I would recommend Tim for a small job or a large job.

"A special shout out to Brett who was our initial contact at Express Sunrooms. He did a great jmeasuring our area, assisted us in choosing what type of enclosure we wanted, and got the ball rolling for our overall project. In addition, Robert supervised the installation of our motorized shade. He and his team members arrived on time and very efficiently installed the shade. Overall, we are very satisfied with the final outcome of our 3 season porch!"

"I highly recommend Frank Fletcher at Creative Pool Solutions. In detecting and repairing a leak in our pool, Frank showed up on time and performed the task exactly as advertised. The repair of the leak involved a unique issue which Frank was able to resolve through fabrication of an insert to ensure an effective seal at the source of the leak. This underwater task required him to spend a significant amount of time in his scuba diving gear. In addition to the leak repair, he handled a few other issues with the pool light and the inflows that certainly added to our overall satisfaction with the quality of the repair. Over the years, I have dealt with a number of people regarding issues with our pool. Frank Fletcher and Creative Pool Solutions will now be our first call for any future pool repair needs."

"Outstanding job! It was a large addition to the home and we added a lot of changes. FHS handled all of the extra documentation with the ARC board and county permits. They scheduled all of the subs and gave us a quality project. Thanks FHS!"
